SunTek PPF carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty. With proper care, the film can last well beyond that. Most of our clients go 8 to 12 years before considering replacement, and even then the paint underneath looks brand new.

Not in any way you would notice. Modern PPF is optically clear and designed to be invisible once applied. If anything, the high-gloss top coat makes the paint look slightly deeper and richer than before.

The top layer of SunTek film is an elastomeric polymer that reforms when heated. Light scratches, swirl marks, and minor scuffs disappear when exposed to sunlight or warm water. It is not magic, it is material science, and it works reliably.

Yes. Quality PPF is designed to be removable. When it is time to replace the film or if you decide to sell the car, we can peel it off cleanly without harming the paint. In fact, the paint underneath will look as good as the day the film was applied.

Absolutely, and we recommend it. Ceramic coating over PPF adds hydrophobic properties that make the film easier to clean and more resistant to staining. We offer this as a combined service and most of our clients go this route.
